Disappointing. The assistant is not helpful at all. My old mother needed help with the sizes and they weren’t helpful at all. Keep saying to look here and then disappear. Service could have been much better.

The sales assistant was not helpful at all — not only did they respond in an unfriendly and dismissive manner, but they also completely ignored our questions. It felt like we were not welcome or valued as customers, as if we didn’t have the means to buy anything.
