Been to the shop twice and only because there is a sale at the shop and choices of items are ok. Their sale agents lack customer service. Asked them about the product - no answer!. I hope there are more shops selling winter items sold in Penang however unfortunately this is lacking.

Horrible attitude with no sample to try on for heat tech. This franchise is has closed several branches. Beware
