Such a rude cashier. I ordered milk tea and she gave me just tea with pearls. Then when i told her it’s wrong, she just walked away. Her colleague, a guy, didn’t fo anything about it either after he heard i said the drink is wrong. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. She didn’t even want to give me a receipt

1) Where are my drinking straws? 2) Why do we leave comments on our orders if the store just ignores them? I asked for no ice, but they sent me the opposite. Two stars for the sake of fairness, because the drinks are delicious. But don't treat customers with such disregard, even if we order via delivery

Ordered hojicha out of stock, ordered another also out of stock, then why still open beverages store when u have nothing? The staff also looks like he dont know whats going on, waited 20 minutes plus for a drink. Seriously can consider close this branch.
