Wont be surprise by consistency of customer service , i face exactly same experience like others review . 10 counter available but 4 open , 1-2 staff working , 2 missing and for average 2 customer in queue , average waiting time 30mins and above

Waiting time too long. Arrived at 9.30am, got number as the first customer - but after more than 1 hour still waiting. Good ambiance but really have to improve on the service.
