This is by far one of the worst international bank. The quality of the staffs are very poor. TO GET 1 document takes 30 days. Not to mentioned their SLA IS 5 days. Such lousy service .Dont even have proper helpline to answer all customers query etc.

Super slow service. There was no customer and I was the only one but it took them 20 minutes to call my no. Not sure what they were busy entertaining on their laptop 🤔. I've used maybank all my life and they are super efficient although they are very crowded. Game up hsbc!!! …
