I visited the shop 2 times to inquire about warranty about the bag, 2 times the store supervisor was not around. The 1st time when i visit, the staff asked me to return the next day. I came back the next day, the supervisor was not around. And i waited for more or less 5 minutes on the 2nd visit, as there is no one in the shop. There were 2 employees in the shop on the 2nd day but none of the staff was helpful in attending the customer’s issue. The staff asked me to wait for another 2 hours for the supervisor to come back. Extremely disappointed with the services. I strongly suggest not to visit this particular store.
