Disappointed, very bad service. Went inside with attention to buy but the chinese male staff totally ignore us. Asked questions in English but he replied rudely in non-English language. Then suddenly he went out & left us in the store unattended. Glad got one foreigner staff attend to us, which still not professional enough. Will not come to this outlet again, better go to other outlet such as One Utama. The management should hire professional staffs that really want to work. & since The Garden is a high end shopping mall, it is very important to have professional staff there.

terrible shop, only one staff watching over 2 shops (flight001 & herschel), there's a lot of customer and because of having just one staff she needs to go back and forth to flight001 and herschel. TERRIBLE COMPANY WHO LET THEIR STAFF WATCH 2 SHOPS ALONE.
