Agreed with earlier comments. Flight cancelled due to the regional situation, EMIRATES MALAYSIA LEAVE YOU WITH NO SUPPORT - no food, no drink, no accommodation. Best of luck trying to contact customer service even after 100+ calls made. …

Absolutely disgusting customer service , I understand the problems but chat not working , email not replied to , phone constantly busy !!! Go online and it says please contact customer service pathetic.

Has one of the best lounge and very nice hardwares, but service is not very consistent. Some hits and misses. F&B and other things are 1st tier.
