Encounter numerous issues with pavilion branch due to their staff. Forgot to remove the theft tag and I had to go back the next day to remove it with no apology from them for this hassle. Another is refuse to accept return because it smell? Had to go another branch and they assist on my return smoothly.

Delightful experience here with the staff <3 !!! It’s tough to find clothes suitable for my body type but I was lucky enough to come across Luqman who recommended pieces that were suitable & give more insights of the products. Would definitely come back here !!

Trying to called more than hundreds of times, believe they are to create some popularity. Phone rang till cut off few times also no intention to pick up.

The staff are attentive and very approachable. The pavilion store has much more options than the gardens or klcc outlet.

Not every outlet has good customer service, but sure in this outlet offers premium services! Sarah Ad was really helpful, warm, and professional in giving her advice in cloth selection. She helped me to make a good choice for present, and it was cherished! Will drop a visit again :)
