We went to COS Gardens at 9.47pm and the doors were already locked ! We went to the window display and the staff indicated it’s closed. Your singnage outside stated closing time is at 10.00 pm! We’re very disappointed as we wanted to get few pieces tonight .

So humiliating. My 6yo son and me were eating ice cream when the rain started, so we decided to hide close to the store to wait till it finishes. But after some time they called the security officer and he kicked us out. Please, don't buy anything at this hypocritical place!!!!

I was so disappointed when COS told me micro bubble bag is out of stock , grabbed within hours! However En Ashraf from Pav made my day by offering me one which the reserved customer did not pick up on time , kudos to you En Ashraf for making my day and the excellent CS !! You deserve a 5 ⭐️
