I thought the quality of the bags would be better, beautiful on the outside but worse than a plastic bag on the inside. After a year the paint starts to crumble.

We came on 23rd December 2024 around 5:30 PM. Our salesperson was Jayden. He was kind, friendly & a really great salesperson. We initially just wanted to buy one handbag for my mom but the way he showed the Brooklyn 39 really caught my attention. I ended up buying one for myself as a treat for my birthday. I just turned 24 two days prior. We were very pleased with his explanations & encouragement (telling me the pros of getting the Brooklyn 39). Overall, great experience!

The experience last week here was quite terrible. I was greeted by the staffs upon entering, but once they heard I was here to enquire about repairing, their face frowned. I love my card holder because it’s special to me, not that I couldn’t afford anything else. One of the girl staff attended to me and told me about the repair cost roughly would cost how much and said they will get back to me. Her voice raised when I asked her when I can expect an answer, she said, we will contact you lor since I already have your number right?! I was in shock and definitely not expecting this kind of reply. Undoubtedly, until today, not a single person has contacted me at all. Guess they seriously don’t care about those who are not there to shop, like come on lah, even I have money I would spend somewhere else rather than this outlet in freaking The Gardens. The outlet finishings are so boring and outdated anyways.
