I’ve purchased many Coach bags in the past, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at this branch. I won’t be returning. The staff, particularly a young, K-pop-style man, came across as rude and judgmental, which really affected the overall experience.

Absolutely love my purchase experience in here, excellent service from Coach The Gardens team! Jia Hao was extremely professional and friendly. The tag embossing service from Adriana was done perfectly and looks so classy. I’m beyond happy and will definitely come back again.

The staff is the worse. Went to check a few new styles but no one bothered to assist (happily at least). Talked to a malay lady that has really cold attitude and i just left

Dear Coach Team, I would like to share my recent experience at your Garden Mall outlet, which was unfortunately very disappointing compared to the excellent service I have always received at Coach Sunway Pyramid. Today, I brought two medium-sized bags to Coach Garden around 6PM for polishing. After dinner, I returned at approximately 9PM to collect them. To my surprise, when I approached the staff, I was informed to wait as the promoter was attending to another customer. When it was finally my turn, I discovered that both of my bags were still in the paper bag on the floor—completely untouched and not polished at all. I was then asked to wait an additional 10 minutes for the polishing to be done. This left me wondering: why couldn’t this simple 10-minute task be completed during the three hours my bags were with your team? This experience does not reflect the level of after-sales service I have come to expect from Coach. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and ensure better service standards across all outlets. Customers trust Coach for its quality and service, and experiences like this can greatly impact that trust. Thank you for your attention.

Very bad attitude and no hospitality. Seems like they didn’t get well trained before apply for the job, especially the Kpoper staff. When customer is asking he just nodding head etc thought of I can’t afford the product. Very very bad attitude, first time experience this kind of hospitality in such brand store. Very disappointed

Bought tabby bag here, i usually shop at klcc store and they are all friendly. But after i worked outside from malaysia for 2 years, I lost contact with the sales associate there, therefore i wanna try to shop at other outlet. My visit was few months back and it was a swift visit not more than 15 minutes as my mom already made her mind to buy a specific bag. I told my mom not to buy it here since both of the staff treated us super not welcome but she insisted on buying it since here got the stock. I am a gold member at Coach but I was so frustrated with the not friendly service I stopped buying anything from Coach brand. I don’t even care losing my gold status. KLCC service was top notch, but here in gardens mall were so meh. The one who attended us after we approached them were two ladies, one hijabi malay and one chinese. I don’t know the name but you guys can do better. Disappointed :(
