After tired of shopping in Midvalley, this is my favourite place to have an ice-cream in here while enjoying seeing people in the mall. But don't come weekends because sometimes, crowded. Here will be messy and dirty, staffs lazy to clean tables, prefer to entertain customers in the counter.

Thank you for ruining my son's birthday. I placed order since 10.30am and you cancelled my order 30 minutes before (at 2pm, after 3 and half hours the order was placed) and has no courtesy to call for alternative option 2.00pm: Hi It looks like Baskin-Robbins (The Gardens) just ran out of a dish you chose and had to cancel your order.
