I went to MyTOWN last week and still have the dome kuromi chocolate ice cream cake but today I come don’t have anymore, then I went to all the outlet one by one because most of the number either don’t have phone number, either not reacheable ! Sunway Velocity, leisure mall, ampang, Setapak central finally got the kuromi cake. Only manage to call Aeon Maluri, the The Gardens Mall and Melawati outlet, all the rest outlet i went is not reacheable. The apps and website itself not up to date too..

Very bad service. 2 Staffs even quarrel with each other (indian lady and malay guy). Indian lady very unhygienic not wearing gloves preparing stuff and looks very sweaty. She was neglecting customer after the quarrel. The malay guy only jaga at payment counter. We left. And other customer also left.

I bought two cups with two scoops each today. But one of them is much much much lesser and I asked them why they are not same quantity? They just ignored me. I’m very upset with the customer service really. Besides, the new Strawberry Sunrise tastes bad, don’t try, please.
