Very walkable to LRT and has everything in the mall. Although its a bit run down overall but very convenient

Lowest residential density (1 block only)compared to same class of serviced suite located along LRT. Value for money.Just opposite lake garden which has lots greenery. Conveniently attached to Amcorp Mall.

Very accessible. It is just above the mall hence you have all your necessity shop within reach (Giant’s, Watsons, Guardian, DIY and Starbucks) Near to train station too
