Stayed here for a year only. Good location. Not so crowded. Old building. Moved out because has a lot of cockroaches and the water bill reach until rm200+ for 2 months (4 people).

Too many rats and other pests. Security needs to be improved. Also parking payment machines are faulty. This place needs a re vamp to bring it back to its former glory. Location is good .

Place is a little run down. Good place, however, if you're into speciality stuff such as hifi and collectable toys (particularly die cast cars). As a place to stay ( residential suites) its convinient and comfortable (subject to the room you get via airbnb)

The best location in PJ area. LRT station just right in front of the Amcorp Mall, it can brings you to Mid Valley right down to KLCC!!!

Bit old building but with good interior. Convenient transport as LRT is next door. Hangout spot for people who love retro vibes.

Conveniently located opposite Taman Jaya LRT Station. There's a Giant Supermarket, DIY, Guardian Pharmacy, Watson's, Post Office and many other shoplots in Amcorp Mall for your shopping convenience. Not to mention the food outlets and interesting weekend Flea Market. The service apartment is a bit run down though.
