train your staff to speak nicely to customers! if the drink i want is not available you can just tell me properly not raising your voice and speak rudely to me!! notice this happened to the people lining up in front of me too i know working can be tiring but there’s no harm of being nice to customers

Today I Bought oatside Spanish latte around 1pm, the barista who served me was vaish. I didn't know how to order drink since it was my first time but vaish handle the situation so calmly and explained until I understood. Love her service and also the drink she made for me!!
