I am very disappointed with the service. At 2:55 pm today, while I was making a payment, a lady staff at the cashier suddenly snatched the clothes out of my hand without any apology. She spoke rudely and showed her temper. I told her she could have simply asked me instead of snatching it from my hand. This behavior was unacceptable.
