Absolutely ridiculous not giving any sort of bag/covering for any purchases. Unnecessary for me to purchase another bag just for 1 underwear. The worst thing was the staff was so rude about it. So I guess it shows they don’t need the business after all.

The sales ladies are abit rude. Maybe not to say Rude, their aunty sales method and speaking makes us feel not so comfortable. But still i bought some.

I did my online shopping with Young Hearts Malaysia a few days ago. The staff were very professional and followed up with me in regards to my online delivery order. As some of the items were out of stocks and they apologised and asked me if im happy to replace with another item. Without any second thought, i agreed to proceed with the new replacement. The parcel arrived in the next two days, all the items were in good condition, well packed & tagged. Im always Happy with my purchase -Young Heart In-store or online !!!!

Extremely Bad attitude.. the Malay sales woman fell asleep at the counter.. have to call her hello 3 times to wake her up.... Didn't even apologize... Ask her about the bra sizes and availability but very rudely replied ....this happened …
