My 3 months phone went under water. Couldn't on after left it to dry for many days. This service center changed motherboard for me in just one day. Very happy with their speedy service. Phone is within warranty period.

Shortage of stock. We paid but the only one available was defective and they could not get another one same day. Had to cancel payment transaction. I hope I will receive the refund through my bank.

The agent handling the booth, OSR does a very poor customer service job. No courtesy, long winded explanation and finally, the ridiculous cost to the customer. No options available but to reject the poor service
