I did a haircut and hair wash here for RM130. The haircut was acceptable but nothing special, and the hair wash wasn’t comfortable. The salon feels very cramped, small space but packed with customers and staff. Even though the place is popular because of Yen the stylist, I don’t think it was worth the long wait. I spent about 70 minutes there, mostly waiting while she moved between multiple customers(at least 4). She was cutting my hair and another customer’s at the same time, and we were basically taking turns, something I’ve never experienced before, and it really affected the quality of the service. I was told to try their TRX or Sunway Giza branch next time, but honestly I’m not sure if I’ll return.

I did hair perm here and Yen does a very good job. She experienced, talented, fully understand what you need and what is right for you. Definitely will re-visit and I'm sure I will be the regular customer.
