The ice cream taste great but the staff has very low welcoming skills, for the price I’m paying I rather head over to Häagen-Dazs for the ice cream, staff needs to do better, be welcoming , smile la a bit.

Tried Venchi’s matcha and dark chocolate ice creams which was absolute bliss. Creamy textures, intense flavors and just the right sweetness.

Just swung by the new VENCHI Gardens, love it. The place is bright and chill, gelato and affogato is super creamy and tasty (chocoviar + mascarpone & figs = yes). Staff are cool, let you sample without fuss. Definitely a spot to grab a quick treat… lots of chocolates too. Bought a gift 🤭

Had a wonderful time here! Venchi is always the best brand for chocolate & gelato and the staff there are very welcoming and polite :) shoutout to 2 kakak who served me, they’re really a nice person.
