Poor customer service from 1 particular staff , felt like he didn’t want us in the store. After trying a pair of shoe he just took it away, kept it back into the box and left without even asking if the size fits or if we wanted them. Maybe he had bad day who knows..

Worst Vans store ever. Big shop, many staff, but they’d rather chat than serve customers. Service was awful. This is a Vans store I will never return to.
