I was looking for new design shoes and suddenly one Chinese staff ask me to get out, such as poor quality of staff pls teach your staff how to behave and also learn some respect. Honestly telling I'm very disappointed....

Terrible service, the blonde hair girl is so rude, very not professional retail worker. Looked at me up down bcs im not well dressed? talk bad like i dont hear what she’s saying. worst vans shop i’ve ever been. luckily the other girl is quite helpfull.
