This is my first time coming to UNIQLO opening store and how can I am the first one in line, I am shocked and excited at the same time! Thank you for the goodies UNIQLO, This is the biggest UNIQLO store in Malaysia! There are many choices of apparels & you can custom some of it with embroidery service. I choose Cat to embroidered to my Shoulder Bag and it turns out very well & cute!!! ARIGATŌ UNIQLO MALAYSIA ❤️

Very disappointing experience at the clothing repair and embroidery counter on the 3rd floor of UNIQLO. A male staff member (short, Malay) was rude and impatient during a simple inquiry, showing a clear lack of basic customer respect. This behavior completely contradicts UNIQLO’s values of sustainability and customer care. Unacceptable service for a global brand. I will not return to this store.

The biggest Uniqlo store in Malaysia so far with 3 floors and an UNIQLO coffee cafe. Found few designs that are not available yet in my country. The value buy is worth to buy, but I do think it's still more expensive compared to my country, even after the currency conversion. Staffs are nice and helpful.
