Just like the other outlets, this one is large, with a lot of people. There's also multiple entrances here, so when you come in, please check which way. Otherwise, you may be confused. There are also a lot of special collaboration apparel at one section. Prices are controlled, all outlets are the same.

This is a mega staff if you are into trendy and value for money clothing without compromising on quality and design. The store is very well run and staff are helpful and friendly. During peak time, all counters are open to reduce wait time. Customer satisfaction and providing positive customer experience seems to be their priority.

This store told that they don’t accept alterations and that it only applies to online purchases but on their website, it states that alterations can be done in-store. So who’s wrong and who’s right? Ended up buying the pants online but Uniqlo managed to screw up the alteration as well.
