I was expecting this to be their flagship customer service center but it only had a small pathetic waiting area, not enough seating. Wait suuuuuperrrrr longggggg for the queue! Come on lah already untung so much.. Hope u can treat your customers better. *That being said, the staff are actually quite responsive and try their best to attend to customer queries.
