Sent my Alpha 4 wheel deluxe luggage for repair in July due to one of the wheel was sort of malfunctioning and my Handle had a hard time retracting in. Firdaus attended to me back then, he was patient and professional in handling all my complains & queries. Told me it would take about 5-6 weeks to get it repaired. He also assured me that they will replace all 4 wheels and a new retractable handle FOC. Which was very shocking to me, because I bought this back in 2017, it’s been about 6 years but they still manage to provide me the repair under warrant They sent me a WhatsApp 2 days ago saying it was ready for collection. Went to pick it up and to my surprise the luggage glided effortlessly on all 4 wheels, the handle extended & retracted flawlessly. I asked if I could get my initial embossed which they obliged and did it right away with a great attitude. Asrori & Fitri noticed my leather name tag plate was broken, and proceed to get me a new one before I even asked for it. Superb customer service, I highly commend and appreciate their professionalism and attention to details. To those who needs to purchase anything from TUMI, I recommend you give this outlet in The Gardens a visit. Keep up the good work !!

Excellent after sales service. I had a bag that needed wheels changed as they were damaged and peeling /cracking up. The store did it within days and even returned the bag via lala move! Thank you guys so much.
