Visited Tumi TRX quite recent, the boutique has that new fresh ambience and spacious as well. A big thanks to Tumi Saleslady Ms Sha, a friendly and approachable person, quite impress delivering that extra mile service. Overall everything was exceptionally excellent! Thank you Ms Sha and Tumi!

I came here to buy a bag for my wife as a surprise gift and served by Sha…bt the colour tht I wanted only available in KLCC, then I told Sha how abt I pay here and help me the courier to my house.. I received the bag 4 days later nicely …
