My yearly visit to this branch always make me happy because the staff are extremely friendly. Today's visit was atttended by Dayang. Theres no pressure at all, she patiently entertain all my questions. The gold selection is also wide, beautiful and up to date. Looking forward to my next visit.

really bad customer service. the uncle with glasses, literally asked my partner to stand and not sit on the chair since he is entertaining another customer. really bad experience here. the lady did not talk to me and was looking at us rudely. really bad experience!

Don’t understand how Tomei give training to staff, the staffs’s attitude are so terrible! No manners and lazy. Especially the auntie with glasses! Congratulations to tomei have the staff like these.
