The worst communication provider. Our problem has not been solved for 1.5 months. It was horrible experience handling with either their staff or customer service.

This is an official unifi store but also it isn't. Don't waste your time. I need to cancel a subscription cause I'm moving and they can't even do those basic services. Waste of time. Suggest u find a different provider or location.
