Rates are good but very rude service from this one guy. His arrogance was unbearable. Rolled his eyes the whole time, really nasty behaviour. Super unpleasant experience.

Not very good exchange rate. Ask to change 1000 MYR (Malaysian Riggit) and they say I would only get 7000 THB (Thai BAHT). Current rate 1 THB = 0.131554 MYR May 23, 2023 11:46 UTC

If you’re happen to walk around this mall and need some cash… come to this very reasonable rate for you guys!! Definitely, better than other places!

I tried to exchange 50 of very new 100 USD note, told that twice to the cashier, she gave me an exchange from 100 and declined to change the amount requested. Then I have tried to reverse back 50 (to buy, losing on exchange rate) and she and her colleague tried to give me old notes instead of saying apologize for the situation.

They close at 830pm though it officially says 9pm. I came at 845pm just to be turned back

I went the store as only one money changer in Lalaport. Got worst experience there. Very slow and not even trained staff to customer which they don’t know what to do.While the lady was serve customer well other are asking to her how to do their job. The big guy looks Indian and abit old is the slowest working people,and very rude for customer show the face ,like this kind of staff and useless should fire cause no any useful,later many customer will because of like that people run away , we weit he atleast got 30-45 minute but finally no get anything ask me move to beside counter again and said to me this computer got problem but the point is I alr weit super long time and super angry , Wasted of my time. And ask all the nonson questions from me ,he not do what he should do , Pls take attention with your this staff or train properly or fire ,he working slow like that is not match to be customer service is too slow waste all people time Should train your staff properly then only assign to serve customer , is super bed experience with this time will never come again

The lowest exchange rate! Good service & accommodating. Chairs are provided to wait & notes were good. Can call ahead to check the rates. Best is they accept DuitNow! The rates also match the website. I wish they open later than 8:30pm tho. Rushing to get there.
