Absolutely horrible service. Asked questions about the stroller and salesman had zero interest in explaining, only offering one-word responses, as if my purchase would be inconveniencing him. Lost the sale, and probably won’t be coming back. Rubbish.

We recently brought a Thule suitcase with a damaged wheel to the store and they were able to replace it with a brand new one as the product was within the warranty period. Prompt and great service and follow-up!!
