I would like to highlight some concerns regarding the service quality. The receptionist has been quite rude on multiple occasions, and overall customer service is poor. Additionally, the front desk is often unattended, which causes inconvenience. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future visitors

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Dr. Srii Puvaneswari. The experience lacked professionalism, particularly in the treatment of foreign workers. Every patient deserves respect, care and equal attention, regardless of their background. If a medical professional is not keen on serving patients with dignity and empathy, it might be time to reconsider their vocation. I sincerely hope improvements are made to ensure that all patients receive the professional and compassionate care they rightfully deserve.
