I carried an overweight backpack, the staff were kind enough for letting me sit there. Tried to get Klean Kanteen maintenance kit, the staff were helpful although they did have the related kits. To me it was still remarkable considering they are obviously understaffed. Hope their diligence were rewarded.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The bag options are a lot - though too bad they stopped selling Victorinox. Prices are high but don't hesitate to ask the staff about any discounts or sale. I bought a Buff multifunctional headwear, which had a very good discount.
