I've bought a couple of things from this outlet, and both times I've had a pleasant experience. They've got pretty standard inventory but the staff are nice and friendly. Worth visiting.

Thanks to Miss Shosiana, staff from The North Face at The Gardens Mall. She is very helpful and friendly. I managed to find my missing item at their fitting room and returned to me on the same day.

I was looking for a number of items for work and looked up on the North Face stores nearby my office and home. This outlet in Gardens Mall came highly recommended for its friendly service and the reviews were accurate. I was assisted by Wawa and she was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable with her advice. I was also attended by Rubi who was equally helpful. Will return for more items!

Great service, nice and welcoming staff. Clothes clean and not sold from the hanger but new, packed. I'm happy with the purchase there and would come back if I was local.

Good to know that TNF is not closing down. New management and new items available. Staffs are new but more helpful compare than before. Very patience explaining the products. Looking forward to the coming winter series.

Helpful stuff - needed to find a backpack and they check all stores in KL, recommend the one in Suria and that’s where I found necessary one.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing great advice to help me find what I needed for winter. I’ll definitely visit the store again next time!
