Friendly and efficient service, with several counters are open which helps to minimise waiting time during busy periods. Conveniently located along the lower ground link between Gardens and Megamall.

The service was slow, and the staff were unfriendly. They refused one of my USD notes, claiming it had a yellowish stain. If that's the standard, why not check some of the RM50 notes you give out? Many are in far worse condition.

Worst service ever from the Indian aunty! Why queue long? Just because the aunty’s speed of counting notes and staring on the notes (like her eyes is the money scanner). Ask her be faster , she still shout to you. You can try if your time is unworthy.
