Maintenance cleaner is good. Other than that, small drop off entrance, bit unreliable turnstile, bad dedicated smoking area, which makes people who worked here just smoked almost anywhere they want. Which makes the cleaner have to make round quite often to clean up cigarette butt.

Connected to 2 big shopping malls and nearby Metro Station makes it a convenient place. I had visited here on a conference hosted by AWS on the top floor with a beautiful sunset view. The reception guide was welcoming and had no problem finding the office. Although it could be tricky for new comers to find parking and then the mall.

The lifts on the higher levels are so slow especially during rush hours. Air conditioner in this building is super cold. Prepare your sweaters peeps!
