One of the best place to have meetings in the afternoon, since the mall is pretty quiet and easy to park. The Coffee Bean staff is as always friendly and courteous to the customers. The Asst Manager would usually recognize their regular customers and already know what drink they want to order, which is helpful. Keep it up.

Located in 3 Damansara mall, not too bustling. Can always come over to grab a cuppa & have a seat. Service is great; hospitality check. They got my order right every single time, quality-wise.

Rude staff. I asked how long it would take for my meal to be ready, but the staff replied, “If I knew, I would have told you already.” Another customer asked about the price, and the same staff responded, “Look at the price at the back.” Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service
