Very disappointed with this law firm. My S&P agreement was signed back in April last year, and despite repeatedly asking, I still haven’t received a copy until now. Their service is extremely slow and unprofessional. On top of that, the person who answered my calls was not polite at all. Definitely not a firm I would recommend.

The MOT process took more than 2yrs now and still no reply. Call no pickup, message no respond or just say pending for land office or whatsover. So when can the process finish?

I had a very bad experience with this firm for my MOT. It took them a whole year just to get the perfection signed, stamped and couriered to me. Their fees are much higher than other firms, yet the service was poor. I even had to deal with 3 different PICs within a year because of their high staff turnover. Would not recommend!!!
