Not sure is he a staff or the owner, but he entertain my question and willingly to check the warranty of my watch that i worn. Very customer friendly, and im wishing to buy my next watch form here whenever i go to KL in future.

Got entertained by a staff named Fatihah. I went in to change my strap and she advices me to buy it online instead of sending it back to the service centre. Very friendly and knows her stuff. Great customer service as well. If you’re looking for your next watch purchase or an enquire about your current watch please do come and see her at the tag heuer trx mall branch.
