Retail staffs need to be trained in customer service or at least some basic people skills. You can't even tell if they're working there until they're behind the counter. Everytime you visit the store, same kind of attitude. The other store opposite Pavillion the same too.

2 days ago, i sent my watch for battery replacement. One of the female staff are very friendly and helpful. She help me do my watch polishing without any charges. Lastly still invite me to come back anytime if i need any services.

I read many bad reviews of this particular watch store but personally had an excellent experience. The one staff member was great and juggled myself and another customer seamlessly. I enquired about a MoonSwatch and they had some in stock. No problems all round… very happy!
