U went there to buy Omega Swatch watch and ask some questions with the sales representative. He was not friendly and replied arrogantly. Spoiled my mood to purchase the watch and I walk off. Even of you go Omega shop you will be treated professionally.

Felt like the sales person was held hostage and forced to work there. She seem uninterested and lacked basic customer service skills. They should consider investing in some training or hiring skilled personnel.

The only Swatch outlet which is selling the highly sort after Moonswatch. Don't expect 5 star service when buying the Moonswatch. Basically people just enter, ask about the availability, make payment and leave. All in less than 10 mins. Only one unit is allowed to be purchased per person per day.
