Received uninvited, inappropriate and insulting comments from the old female salesperson. Was clearly offended as a customer but she was unapologetic. Do not go in there unless you're willing to subject yourself to being humiliated for the way you look!

I bought a piece of Arena swimwear and a pair of goggles today (23/3/2024 afternoon). I clearly said I don’t need a plastic/paper bag, but I still got charged RM4 for a plastic/paper bag. I’ve been robbed RM4 for nothing. Shame on you!

I read the reviews on here but still decided to come here to get another swim suit as i have been here before MCO and my experience was okay. Was greeted by a nice and polite Chinese lady yesterday and she helped me pick out a swimsuit that suits my budget and needs. Didn’t hard sell me anything in the store. She was also very helpful and answered all my questions about the swimming equipments. Definitely would come back to get any swimming equipment!!
