Multiple services available - leather colouring and conditioning, shoe repair, car remote duplication, key duplication, immobiliser services, bag repair, battery replacement, etc. My colleague went to fix his mother's wallet which had a zipper malfunction. Went to duplicate house keys at 7.20pm. Came back at 8pm, the shop closed. No notice about early closure. The shopkeeper also didn't tell us about the early closure and don't even bother to ask for our phone number. So, I have to go back without my house keys. How inconsiderate they are. They didn't really care and close the shop directly can't even wait a little bit longer as this is their duty, we already told them we will come back later. They should have told us they will close early, but no! Some more, we have to premium / expensive price to duplicate a simple key, which we can get it half the price at other places. You need to train your shopkeeper to handle this more professionally and not just hire anyone who only know how to sit there and play with phone, if you are the owner who sit the in the shop, you should relook into your service.
