I had a great experience at the Skechers store! The staff was super friendly and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. They had a wide variety of styles and sizes, and the prices were reasonable. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to browse. Definitely coming back again!

The worst shoes i had ever worn. Causes me extreme pain and ruin my holiday in KL cause i cant walk anywhere. Went back to the store on the 2nd day of my purchase. Was told that they cant do anything and for me to contact the website instead. Im from Sabah, so you can imagine how will i take the box back home? Obviously i wont. Even in the receipt it stated that i can exchange within 7 days. I still got the box and receipt. Skechers and their Nu Sentral Brand. Not recommended and you should avoid at all cost.
