been here and the staff name phia are so polite and friendly. she doesn’t mind explaining long to me products that’s suitable for my skin tone and give me suggestions without being rude.

It’s bustling with customers trying everything whilst the SA stands around. Engaged a SA lady for help but was more interested in going back to conversation with colleagues than helping me with the products. Perhaps better off going to brand stores at Pavilion for product service.
