I came to get a pair of rubber grib for my glasses due to the pain at my ear. One of the staff Luqman was very kind to give it to me for free and even helped me to put it on. Kudos and highly appreciated!

My wife & I are a regular customers at Seen Eyewear but at Johor. The friendly staff, Fatehah, checked their system and offered us a member signed-up. She provided an excellent service plus a free set of Spec Wipes. Not only that, she wished us an enjoyable holiday in KL.

Got the buy 1 free 1 deal for the frames here. Love the patience & precise eye tests for both hubby & I. Farah really took the time to go thru everything & explain everything to us, for all the many different lenses that they have. Highly recommend! Will come back when needed!

Su Ni the optometrist was very thorough and professional during my eye examination. She explained everything clearly, helped me choose the right lenses, and made sure my spectacles fit comfortably. Excellent service and highly recommended.
