Some reviews have said staff are rude, I wish I had the lady’s name who helped me, because she was amazing. Great place to get Korean skincare!

Unbelievable. For context, I'm ethically Chinese but was raised in the UK, so don't speak Mandarin (though I can understand it just fine if spoken to me). When I walked in, a staff member came up to me and asked me what I was looking for in Mandarin. I replied in English that I was just taking a look around. After that, she followed me EVERYWHERE! I would be on one side of the shop, she would be there practically breathing down my neck. I'd get uncomfortable and go to the other side of the shop, and not a few seconds later, she would follow me all the way there and then tell me about any tester I tried as if I wasn't capable of reading the packaging. MA'AM, I'M NOT A THIEF NOR AM I ILLITERATE. Telling consumers about products they seem interested, in itself, is forgivable; after all, staff are probably pushed by their boss to sell products. But also when they're tailing you as if you walked in wearing a black domino mask, striped shirt, flat cap, and holding a sack of purloined goods from other shops. I just got so uncomfortable that I left and went to the Japanese skincare shop next door where the staff didn't bother me and let me peacefully browse around. I feel kind of bad for leaving a bad review, because none of the other Sasa employees stalked me, they seemed mildly polite, and the actions of one of their colleagues isn't their fault. But management, if you're reading this, please tell them not to stalk customers. I'm never going back.

Staff here seem to exist only to chase customers away. Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. After reading so many similar reviews, it’s clear management is fine with this behaviour. No respect for customers at all
