The worst Sasa (old wing one utama outlet) that I have ever seen! Staff is not friendly, rude and arrogant! If want to purchase anything from Sasa, I'd rather to purchase from other outlet. I will not come back to this store again!

Your staff is so rude. When i approach to ask the staff for the item that im looking for, she look me up and down continuously and then talk in mandarin to other staff ( i don’t understand the words) and left me behind , ignore me just like that!! It’s true what everybody is saying. Your staff are very rude & ignorant. So arrogant for what? Do your work lah as sales assistant, no wonder sasa nowadays nobody want to come anymore, what for? To get irritated by your arrogant staff?
